Atlanta writer Larry Copeland is a lifelong devotee of murder mysteries. He spent more than three decades as a reporter at USA Today, The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution before turning to mystery writing. He and his wife, Kim, live in a 114-year-old house in Historic West End with their friends, Vic, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Autumn, a Calico cat. The Moaning Bench is his first novel. He is at work on his second.
