CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT Our Code of Ethics and Conduct represents our commitment to creating and maintaining a culture of excellence and inclusivity for the participants and attendees of our events.
Safety at our events is of utmost importance to The Milton Literary Festival. We are committed to providing a safe environment that is free of discrimination, harassment, and disrespectful behavior for all attendees, participants, exhibitors, media, volunteers, and planners. We reserve the right to remove any individual who poses a threat or displays harassing behavior and messages (including on clothing/attire) that goes beyond civil disagreement.
The Milton Literary Festival does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, selection of planning committees, volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members attendees, participants, exhibitors, media, volunteers, and planners.
